MUHAMMAD MEHRAN UR RASHID, ACA
Muhammad Mehran Ur Rashid, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Certified Director and an Advocate High Court. His areas of expertise include Taxation, Financial Advisory, Auditing and Business Consultancy. His professional experience expands over a decade and from the beginning of his career he has been providing high quality services to wide range of clients.
ZUBAIR AHMED, ACA
Mr. Zubair is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He holds over 9 years of professional experience in audits, accounts, business assurance & consulting special assignments, Business process financial management, business process review & reengineering in IT environment.
Maryam Majeed, HR Manager
Maryam Majeed is an accomplished HR Manager with expertise in people management, HR planning, and consumer market psychology. In addition to her HR role, Maryam is actively involved in business development, where she handles key tasks, such as managing social media channels, creating client proposals, and overseeing profile management for the company.
Maryam’s responsibilities also include managing financials and people. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, she manages the recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring the right talent is onboarded. Furthermore, Maryam serves on the board of a consultancy firm in Pakistan, specializing in digital tax planning and consulting businesses.
Waleed Ashraf, Manager Audit & Assurance
Waleed Ashraf is a Manager – Audit at Z. M. T & Co., Chartered Accountants, bringing over four years of professional experience in audit and assurance. He completed his professional training at Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he developed strong technical expertise in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance engagements. He has successfully contributed to audit assignments across diverse sectors, including listed companies, government authorities, financial institutions, construction entities, and non-profit organizations.
His expertise includes audit planning, internal control evaluation, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial reporting frameworks. He also demonstrates strong analytical and leadership skills, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Muhammad Aniq Bashir, Manager Advisory & Assurance
Muhammad Aniq Bashir is a Manager – Advisory & Assurance at Z. M. T. & Co., bringing over four years of professional experience in audit, advisory, and financial reporting. He has previously served at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. and Aamir Salman Rizwan & Co., where he led and supervised audit engagements across diverse industries, including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, energy & natural resources, and business services.
His expertise includes risk-based audit planning, internal control evaluation, IFRS-compliant financial reporting, and ERP advisory assignments. He also possesses strong analytical and leadership skills, with hands-on experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, and advanced Excel.
As a part-qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP), he is committed to delivering value-driven advisory solutions while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and professional integrity.
