MUHAMMAD MEHRAN UR RASHID, ACA
Muhammad Mehran Ur Rashid, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Certified Director and an Advocate High Court. His areas of expertise include Taxation, Financial Advisory, Auditing and Business Consultancy. His professional experience expands over a decade and from the beginning of his career he has been providing high quality services to wide range of clients.
ZUBAIR AHMED, ACA
Mr. Zubair is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He holds over 9 years of professional experience in audits, accounts, business assurance & consulting special assignments, Business process financial management, business process review & reengineering in IT environment.
Maryam Majeed, HR Manager
Maryam Majeed is an accomplished HR Manager with expertise in people management, HR planning, and consumer market psychology. In addition to her HR role, Maryam is actively involved in business development, where she handles key tasks, such as managing social media channels, creating client proposals, and overseeing profile management for the company.
Maryam’s responsibilities also include managing financials and people. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, she manages the recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring the right talent is onboarded. Furthermore, Maryam serves on the board of a consultancy firm in Pakistan, specializing in digital tax planning and consulting businesses.
Muhammad Arsalan, Manager Audit
Muhammad Arsalan is a highly dedicated and accomplished professional in the field of finance and accounting, specializing in external audit. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) Finalist from Pakistan, reflecting his strong academic background and commitment to professional development. With over four years of extensive experience, Arsalan has honed his skills in leading audit and assurance assignments for large-scale organizations independently. His proficiency in managing complex financial audits and his ability to collaborate effectively with esteemed engagement partners have contributed significantly to his success in the industry.
Waqas Hussain, Manager Taxation
At Z. M. T. & Co. Chartered Accountants, he is serving as Assistant Manager Taxation, leveraging his expertise in taxation. Prior to joining Z. M. T. & Co., Chartered Accountants he was associated with Tariq Abdul Ghani Maqbool & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he honed his skills in the field of taxation. He possesses a deep understanding of tax regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities for managing a team of tax professionals. His expertise lies in providing strategic tax solutions and delivering comprehensive services, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory functions, ensuring clients meet their obligations while optimizing their financial positions.

Ansar Shaheen Anwar, ACA, is an experienced finance professional from Chakwal, Pakistan, with expertise in audit, financial management, and compliance. Ansar Shaheen Anwar, a qualified Chartered Accountant from Chakwal, Pakistan. He completed his article ship from Tariq Abdul Ghani & Co. Chartered Accountants and currently serve as Assistant Audit Manager at ZMT & Co. Chartered Accountants.
